Keynotes

Each year I deliver a handful of keynotes at some of the worlds most progressive companies. I have been invited to speak at places like IDEO, Pinterest, Soundcloud, KPMG and INSEAD. And I typically talk about how we are building for a foundation of Spirituality at Work for the future.

How do you know whats up?

My insights come from starting the Life Design Lab at Google where more than 10 000 employees across engineering, design and business - from over 50 cities like New York, London, Lagos and Singapore are exploring purpose at work.

And I have found that these incredibly educated and accomplished people are not just looking for more passion projects and world changing ideas but rather more inner purpose and the exploration of deeper truths at work.

Who is your audience?

I talk to HR directors, VP’s, boards, executive teams, Gen Z employees and managers. Sometimes we talk about organization design, how to hire for the future, how to reframe purpose at work, how management styles will evolve or how to begin HR from first principles.

While the topics and audiences vary, in all the talks we are attempting to uncover what it means to be human and what people are really looking for at work in the decade ahead.
